As-Is Experience Journey
For each user, document the current situation and complete experience. This is a step by step detailed analysis and includes paint points, issues and gaps or deficiencies.

Ideation
Using the research we’ve compiled, we ideate around solutions for each user.

This work leads us to design proposals in the form of the “To-Be” experience journey.
